Please join us for the upcoming IWPA Fly-In from October 21 to 23 at the Hilton Alexandria Old Town here in Alexandria, Virginia. This event gives IWPA members an opportunity to connect with key regulators, Members of Congress, and other industry leaders to amplify IWPA’s advocacy on behalf of our industry.
The meeting will include briefings with policymakers on critical topics impacting the global timber trade such as the prospects for ratification of the USMCA trade deal, CITES implementation following COP18, and Canada’s proposed formaldehyde emissions regulation. Attendees will also spend an afternoon on Capitol Hill meeting with Members of Congress and staff to highlight the important role your companies play in their districts. These meetings are crucial in putting faces and names to the policy issues we seek their help on throughout the year.
We will be at the Hilton Alexandria Old Town again this year. The special room block rate is $239.00 and will be available until September 21st or until the group block is sold-out.
