New Session Added: Friday, March 20th (10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.)
On Friday, March 20th, there will be a special session titled “After the Lumber Liquidators ’60 Minutes Report’ – Protecting Your Company From the Fallout.” This session will focus on the practical steps every company should take to protect itself after the recent ’60 Minutes’ segment on laminate flooring alleged to be non-compliant with California’s CARB Phase 2 rules. Our speakers will help you understand (1) what the lawsuit against Lumber Liquidators is really about; (2) what the CARB 2 rules actually require; and (3) how to make sure you’re ready when the lawyers and regulators knock on your door. To accommodate this session, we have made some adjustments to the Friday schedule. The revised schedule can be viewed here.
Passing the Gavel Reception – Friday night
In lieu of a formal dinner, we will have a reception with cocktails and heavy hors d’oeuvres from 5pm-6:30pm to celebrate the end of another successful conference and to pass the gavel from IWPA President Chris Connelly to Craig Forester. This early evening will allow you to enjoy the Jersey Boys show or the many other entertainment options that Las Vegas has to offer!
